I created the first healthcare hashtag chat (#hcsm) back in the day and moderated that for almost a decade.

I developed the first open source automated insulin delivery (AID) system (#OpenAPS).

I'm currently an independent grant-funded health researcher, working on #diabetes projects and also facilitating and supporting other patient-led research efforts.

I also write a blog (DIYPS.org) and books (ArtificialPancreasBook.com plus several kids health books).
