@alxlg colleagues just been complaining about meat free Mondays at work missing the point that people don't make better food choices when they are available and that one meal out of the entire week being meat free is not the hassle they make it out to be.

If it was for me, I'd make a law that forbids animal-based products in any canteen, even for private companies. One could eat those things at home or at a restaurant at high prices, until we overcome this cognitive dissonance and forbid all animal abuse, including animal farming.
