@Techmeme One thing both our governments have in common is a robust, professional, highly competent civil service...at similar salaries.
Unlike most applications, my objection here is that AI is simply not going to be as cost-efficient as civil servants.
(but also, in reality, risk-benefit and cost-benefit analyses are the last thing AI should be deciding, sometimes the difference between the map and the territory is too subtle)
