Making a #cake 
for one of Hubby's coworkers. She is good people and nobody was going to get/make her a cake, so Hubby asked if I would. She is going to be 25 yo.
I'm thinking I'm going to make a white cake with a sand hill plum 
jelly center and cover it in sand hill plum cream cheese frosting 
. (Going to make a small test cake on the side for us to make sure it works out as this is an original concept!)
The layers are out of the oven now and cooling. (I swear those are #cake and not cornbread! 
)
The final birthday #cake ! Not much to look at, but I couldn't do much else because the lid touches the cream cheese #frosting that is piled a mile high on top of the cake! 
It's just a vanilla cake with sand hill (chickasaw) #plum #jelly inbetween the layers. Hope she likes it. Hubby gobbled up his half of the test cake and said it was good!
