Is dissemination of information advocacy? Or is a different? Does the audience matter?

@doctavia Advocacy training is a requirement for all pediatrics residencies. Initially it was a one-month requirement as was a separate requirement for training in community pediatrics. Based on subsequent feedback the ACGME revised the requirement so that the two topics could be intermingled. We still teach these separately. In talking with colleagues nationally, we don’t have consistency in what we believe Advocacy training should be. Eg does QI count? Research? Mastering Mastodon?
