As Twitter Migration 2.0 is happening, try your best not to lose touch with your networks you've built over time there. My friend Appy and I have set up a #MedTwitter Google form + sheet so we can all follow each other as we find other ways to connect on various other platforms, including Bluesky. Mastodon, and Instagram. If you need invite codes this is a great way to get some too.

If you need a Bluesky invite code, just put it in your note or the Bluesky username section. A lot of us recently got accounts there, but we should have more invites every 2 weeks from now.

Put your feelers out. Try these other platforms and see what sticks. Eventually, we'll all bump into each other again without having to worry about Twitter.
